Refund policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. For security and insurance purposes, all returns must be arranged through Refine & Bloom. We will provide a tracked and insured return shipping label, with the cost deducted from the final refund amount.

Please note that all final sale items are non-returnable and cannot be refunded or exchanged.
