Antique and Vintage Condition Disclaimer
Many items sold by Refine & Bloom are vintage or antique and may show gentle signs of age, wear or patina consistent with their history. These characteristics are considered part of the character and authenticity of older jewellery and are not regarded as faults.
Product Description Accuracy
We make every effort to accurately describe materials, gemstones, hallmarks and estimated eras where possible. However, assessments of vintage and antique jewellery may involve professional opinion and reasonable interpretation. Measurements and colours may vary slightly depending on lighting and display settings.
Natural Stones & Antique Cuts
Due to the nature of vintage and antique jewellery, gemstones may contain inclusions, abrasions or irregularities typical of older cuts and natural materials. These features are not considered defects.
Authentication & Testing
Items may be assessed using methods including hallmark analysis, acid testing, diamond testing and XRF analysis where available. Unless explicitly stated, independent certification is not provided.
Limitation of Liability
Refine & Bloom is not responsible for loss, damage or injury resulting from misuse, resizing, alteration, accidental damage, improper storage or normal wear after delivery.
Repairs & Alterations
Any third-party repair, resizing or alteration undertaken after purchase voids eligibility for return.
International Customs
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees imposed by their destination country.
Right to Refuse Orders
Refine & Bloom reserves the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or stock availability issues.
