Shipping policy

All orders are carefully packaged and dispatched via Australia Post Registered Express Post. Parcels are fully insured and require a signature on delivery for added security and peace of mind.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days, with tracking details provided once shipped.  

We also offer Australia Post International Express shipping to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and New Zealand. International parcels are sent with tracking, insurance and signature on delivery where available.

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes or additional fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and are payable upon delivery.

Domestic Express Post deliveries generally arrive within 1–3 business days. International Express orders to the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and New Zealand usually arrive within 3–6 business days between major metropolitan areas, although customs processing may occasionally cause delays.
